History of Earth Recycle Industries (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
2008
Earth Recycle Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. was started by Malaysian (80%) and Taiwanese (20%) as business partners to support Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Australia and other surrounding countries. Since then Earth Recycle Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. began the association with ERI Taiwan, China and Mexico until 2014.
2014
Earth Recycle Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. has officially declared Independence, and no longer associated with ERI Group of Taiwan, China and Mexico. Today it is 100% owned by local Malaysians.
2014
Earth Recycle Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. began to restructure and thrive toward business expansion and diversification. So company started a new chapter with establishing a second manufacturing plant in Senai, Johor to expand the business to the Southern Malaysia and neighbouring countries like Singapore and Indonesia.
2016
Earth Recycle Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. began to thrive toward business expansion and diversification. Therefore, company has purchased a new bigger premise and relocated to Kawasan Perusahaan Bebas Perai, Penang, Malaysia.
2017
Earth Recycle Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. began diversification to provide 1-stop packaging solutions and kitting services for various international and local companies.
2018
Earth Recycle Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. merged with Johor’s manufacturing plant and shifted back to Penang, Malaysia to increase the capacity accommodating the high demands. Thus becoming one of the largest molded paper pulp manufacturing plant in Malaysia.

With the implementation of ISO 9001, every step of our production has a quality check with specific instruction to ensure quality for our customers.

Our Manufacturing Process
At Earth Recycle Industries, our manufacturing process stands out for its commitment to sustainability. We employ a system that ensures zero material and water waste. By integrating advanced technology and efficient practices, we maximize resource utilization and minimize environmental impact. Our process not only delivers high-quality molded pulp products but also reinforces our dedication to eco-friendly operations.
Water resistance additive can be added if required.
Molding wet pulp molds according to specific design.
Natural drying through heat from the sun and wind.
In case of emergency high peak season or raining season, oven is always standby.
Heat from aluminum mold presses dried molded pulp according to specification.
Trimming can be done if required by customer.
Pack in plastic bag or string tied or carton box. Whichever customer request.
Finally deliver to our customer.
