Initial Concept Discussion
We begin by receiving the sample product, either in physical form or as a 3D drawing, and start discussions on the first concept.
Digital Mold Design
A digital design of the mold is created for client approval, ensuring alignment with your specifications.
Tool Making
Once the design is approved, we proceed with mold construction, including suction and transfer dies, to prepare for production.
Prototype Production
A prototype or sample is produced for client inspection and approval before we move forward with mass production.
